Why do I need a personal trainer?

Our trainers provide motivation, advice and encouragement. They monitor your progress, ensure you use the right exercises and routine and keep you're effort focused.

What makes our personal trainers so effective?

At Phoenix we use a holistic approach to your training, advising you on nutrition and lifestyle as well as exercise. This ensures that you make the most of your efforts inside the gym. Our studio contains all the equipment needed for a safe, effective and challenging workout including free-weights, cables and cardiovascular equipment.

All our personal trainers are highly qualified and are members of the Register of Exercise Professionals with an 'Advanced Instructor' (Level 3) status. They keep abreast of the latest research into health and fitness, and use this knowledge to help our clients by adapting it to fit their individual needs.

We'll guide you to ensure you create long-term health along with short-term results.
